FAQ

wHERE ARE YOU BASED? WHERE DO YOU travel

I am based in Belper so if you want to shoot in Derbyshire, I'll be there! Most prices are inclusive of travel expenses! Please get in touch to discuss options for outside of Derbyshire. I love a bit of travel!

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

The number of photographs you will receive will depend on the style of shoot and your package choice. I do not like to put a limit on the amount of images as I wouldn't want to withhold amazing moments from you. This can be discussed in more detail when booking.

What shall we wear?

If you need a hand deciding on your outfits, don't hesitate to ask! Don't worry, I've got you!

Do you do payment plans?

All shoots require a deposit on the day of booking to secure your date. This is a non-refundable retainer to make sure you don't miss out! The remaining balance can then be paid in installments to make it more affordable. This can be discussed in more detail when booking.

wHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4 weeks for events and shoots and 6-8 weeks for weddings. (Although this may be longer during peak season) You will then be able to download your images and share to your hearts content!

What happens if we have to cancel?

All photoshoots require 50% of the total payment on the day of booking to secure your date. For weddings, this is 25%. This is a non-refundable retainer to make sure you don't miss out! If you cancel your date, this deposit will not be refunded, however you are more than welcome to use this again to secure another date.

What will happen if you can't make it?

If I am unable to attend your shoot (due to an act of god, illness or death etc) I will do my best to find a replacement photographer for you or your full payment will be refunded.

Can you do me a special discount?

Nope.
